We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom, including England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, and the Channel Islands.

  • Standard Delivery: Typically within 10–21 business days, depending on product type and availability.
  • Made-to-order/Bespoke Items: These may take up to 6–10 weeks depending on production and supplier timelines.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

🚚 Delivery Partners

We work with reliable national couriers and logistics partners. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

πŸͺœ Delivery Access

Before placing your order, it is your responsibility to ensure:

  • There is safe and clear access to the delivery location.
  • Large furniture items will fit through doorways, hallways, and staircases.

If delivery fails due to restricted access or incorrect information, a re-delivery fee may apply.

πŸ“¬ Missed Deliveries

If no one is available to receive your delivery, the courier will attempt redelivery or leave instructions. If delivery fails after multiple attempts, your item may be returned to us, and re-delivery charges may apply.

If you choose Klarna at checkout:

  • Your payment schedule begins once the item is dispatched, not at the time of order.
  • Klarna will send updates directly to you regarding your payment plan and any changes resulting from shipping delays or cancellations.
  • In the rare event of non-delivery, your Klarna agreement will be paused or adjusted accordingly.
