Bespoke Beds, Family-Made in Batley Since 1979
Yorkshire Interiors is a family-run bed maker, working in Batley, West Yorkshire since 1979. Every bed is built and upholstered here by hand — a town that has made beds for over a century. This page is the workshop: where the work happens, how to visit, and what we make for homes across Yorkshire and the UK.

The workshop
Frames are cut, built and upholstered by hand in one workshop, to order. Nothing is held in a warehouse; each bed is made after it is commissioned, which is why orders generally take 2–4 weeks and why a non-standard size costs a conversation rather than a compromise.
Visiting
We see customers by appointment — to sit with fabrics, look at frames in progress and measure a commission properly. Book through the design consultation page, or start with free swatches and decide at home.
Yorkshire and beyond
Most commissions come from across Yorkshire — Leeds, Harrogate, Wakefield, Huddersfield, Sheffield and York — and the rest travel further. Made in Batley; measured for anywhere.
